2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken breasts in glass cup or bowl. Drizzle melted butter over chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put potato chip crumbs in a shallow dish. Roll chicken in crumbs until well-coated; then place in lightly greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
