Taco Soup Recipe

1 can Beef Broth - I use low sodium
1 can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1 can Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 8 oz Can Yomato Sauce
1 can Pinto Beans
1 can Red Kidney Beans
1 can Chili Beans
1 can Black Beans - drained and rinsed
1 can Whole kernel Corn - drained
1 can Chunky Rotel Tomatoes
1 pkg Ranch Seasoning
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
* Unless otherwise specified all cans are 14.5 ounces
1 lb. Ground Beef browned
1 med Onion chopped

Chop onion and cook with ground beef until beef is browned. I brown the meat in the soup pot I will be using. Once I drain off the excess fat I add all other ingredients to the soup pot and simmer 45 min. or longer to allow flavors to marry. Serve with Fritos, cheese and sour cream.
