1.5 lbs Ground Beef
1 med Onion chopped
1 Bell Pepper chopped
1 rib of Celery chopped
1 tsp finely chopped Garlic
2 14.5 oz cans Diced Tomatoes
2 15 oz cans Dark Kidney Beans
2 15 oz cans Buschs Chili Beans in mild sauce
1 8 oz can Tomato Paste
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1.5 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp Cheyenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook meat, bell pepper, onion, celery and garlic until meat is cooked through. Drain off excess fat. Combine all other ingredients into a large pot and cook 30 min. - 1 hour at a simmer to allow flavors to marry. Serve with Fritos, sour cream and shredded cheese.
