1 1/4 c Butter Softened
3/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Sugar
1 lg Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 c All purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
3 c Rolled Oats
Raisins or Dried Cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degree. Beat first three ingredients. Add egg and vanilla and beat until blended. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in oats and raisins or dried cranberries until combined. Drop tablespoon full mounds onto greased cookie sheet and bake 9-11 min. or until golden brown.
