16 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes (Ore-Ida frozen cheddar)
1 cup chopped onion
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
2 cups water
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup (undiluted)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2 cups whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in large pot; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in soups and milk. Heat thoroughly. Garnish, if desired, with shredded cheddar cheese, diced cooked ham or bacon.
