Ingredients:  
4 c. chopped peaches/mangoes/zucchini
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 t. allspice
1 T. salt
1/3 c. chopped onions
pack candied ginger or 1 knob fresh boiled thin sliced ginger
1 box powdered pectin
1/2 t. of cinnamon, clove, ginger

4 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil all. Stir in pectin and bring to rolling boil.
Add sugars; Boil 5 minutes. Stir & skim for
10 minutes.
