2-3 lbs of Skirt or Flank Steak
2-3 Bell Peppers - ends trimmed and sliced length wise
1 lg Onion - peeled and cut length wise
3 Garlic Cloves
1/3 c Lime Juice
1/3 c Soy Sauce
1/3 c Oil - can be any type you like
1 tsp Cumin
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Chile Powder
Flour tortillas
Toppings: shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream, lettuce, tomato

In a large bag or pan mix lime juice, soy sauce, oil, brown sugar, Chile powder, cumin, and crushed garlic. Add your steak and let marinate for 1-8 hours. After the meat is finished marinating, remove the steak and drain off excess marinade. Grill the steak on high heat 4-6 min. per side or until desired doneness. Reserve the left over marinade to cook the bell peppers and onions in. Sauté the bell peppers and onions until tender. Warm tortillas in the oven. Slice the steak against the grain thinly and serve on warm tortilla with onion, peppers and any other toppings you like.
