~6 Cups fresh peaches,peeled, pitted & sliced-about 6 to 7 peaches
~3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
~1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
~3 tablespoons sugar
~1 cup + 3 tablespoons flour
~1 cup old fashion oats
~1 cup brown sugar
~1 cup butter, cold, cut into pieces

1.Preheat oven to 350º
2.Grease a 9x13 casserole dish
3.In a large bowl toss peaches with cinnamon, vanilla, 3 tablespoons sugar,3 tablespoons flour. Pour the peaches into the greased casserole dish.
4.In a separate bowl combine 1 cup flour with old fashion oats and brown sugar. Cut in butter until you have a crumbly consistency
5. Pour the crumbly topping on top of peaches
6. Bake in the oven, uncovered for 45-50 minutes. For extra crispy, bake for 5-10min. Longer
