4 lbs hamburger meat
2 eggs
15 crackers
1 cup big chunks of onion
1/2 of a bell pepper, rough chop
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 T garlic salt (heaping)
1 T lemon pepper (heaping)
1 15oz can of tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place crackers, onions, and bell pepper into chopper and mince. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and combine by hand. Place in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Check center for doneness. Squirt ketchup zigzag on the top and add the can of tomato sauce to the top. Sprinkle lemon pepper and garlic salt on the top and return to over to bake for 10 more minutes.
