1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 3/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. grated nutmeg
additional sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, and salt until light. Add 4 eggs, well beaten, and mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spoon into buttered (PAM'd) muffin tins and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425 for about 15 minutes.
