Venison Meatballs Recipe

2 pound venison
1 pound ground pork
2 eggs
1 tbsp garlic pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste

Slowly mix together venison and ground pork then add garlic pepper, red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese salt and bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

Roll into small balls as if making cookies.

You may freeze or continue to fry or bake meatballs at 375* for 25 minutes.

(Recipe makes about 70 quart sized meatballs)
