"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 can black beans
1 jar salsa
1 bag ttostito chips
1 bag shredded Mexican cheese ( or any flavor you like)
1 packet Sazon Goya seasoning

Sour cream, green onion, jalapeno or banana peppers - it gets crowded if you try to put too much on each chip.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain fat. Mix in salsa (use to taste; often omitted). Add drained beans. Season to taste and simmer to blend flavors.

Place chips on baking pan/cookie sheet. Fill with meat/bean mixture and add toppings; cheese last. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream if desired and enjoy!

***These probably don't keep well as leftovers: not sure because there are never any left!
