3 cups broth
2 minced garlic cloves
1 T tomato paste
2 c chopped cabbage
1/2 yellow onion chopped
1/2 c chopped carrot
1/2 c gr beans (or broccoli)
1/2 c chopped zucchini
1/2 t basil
1/2 t oregano
s & p

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pot with non stick spray to saute onions, carrots and garlic for 5 min.
Add broth, tomato paste, cabbage, beans, basil, oregano and salt & pepper.
Simmer for 5 -10 minutes until all the veggies are tender then add the zucchini and simmer for 5 more minutes.
