Spiced Chocolate Zucchini cake Recipe

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
1-2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 - 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground clove

mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. set aside.

In a large bowl with mixer, cream together the margarine, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and ground clove until fluffy. Add the eggs and mix well, then fold in the zucchini.

Alternate dry mix with the wet and and milk and ending with the dry mix. beat until well blended after each addition. Pour into a 9x13 greased pan, bake at 350 for 30 min. or until done.

Top with powered sugar or with a creamsd cheese frosting.
