8 oz can tomato sauce
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Brooks hot chili beans
1 can Bush Chili Kidney beans
1 can Bush Pinto Beans
1 large onion diced
minced garlic
parsley and black pepper to taste
2 lbs ground beef (smother in chili powder)
1/2 can beer
1/2 green pepper chopped

Saute onions in oil and add ground beef with chili powder.
Add all other ingredients and let simmer for 1 1/2 hours
