4 T Oil
1/2 Stick Margarine
1 lb sirloin or round steak, chopped small
Brown Meat & onions together in oil
Add Garlic Salt, black pepper and parsley

Add to Pot~

1 large can tomato sauce
1 can corn
1 can green beans
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced potatoes
1 small zucchini sliced and halved
1 can (14 1/2 oz) beef broth
2 cans water
sliced mushrooms

Cook all together -- simmer one hour and 30 minutes!
