1 C flour
1/2 C margarine
3 ounces cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 C milk
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 C grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese

Optional ingredients:

1/2 C Chopped fresh mushrooms
1/2 C finely chopped brocholi
1/2 C finely cut peppers
1/2 C finely chopped onions
1/2 C crisp bacon, crumbled
1/2 C diced ham
1/2 C cooked sausage, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese, flour and margarine. Spray tassie pans with spray shortening (Pam). Roll dough into 1/2" balls and place on into each section of the tassie pan. Press center with thumb to create a well.

Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and cheese. Place 1/2 t of meat and/or vegetables. Pour egg mixture on top to top of crust but don't overfill as egg mixture will puff up as it bakes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until egg mixture is cooked.

Can be frozen and reheated at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
