3/4 C sugar
1/2 C biscuit mix
2 T butter
1 can sweetened evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 16 ounce can pumpkin
2 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
2 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 1 pie plate. Beat all ingredients together until smooth for 1 minute on high. Pour into pie place. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Garnish with whipped cream.
