Layer 1: 2 Cans Jalapeno Dip (or 1 Can of Jalapeno Sauce)
Layer 2: 1 # Ground Meat, 1 Package Taco Mix and water
Layer 3: 2 Ripe Avocados, mashed;
2 T lemon juice, 1/2 t salt, 1/4 t pepper
Layer 4: 1 C Sour Cream, 1/2 C Mayo, 1/2 package Taco Mix
Top layer: Chopped Tomatoes, sliced Black Olives, Chopped Green Onions, 8 Oz Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

In a large bowl place jalapeno dip/sauce.
Brown ground meat with water and taco seasoning mix with water, according to directions. Drain, break up meat into small pieces and spread on Layer 1. Mash 2 ripe avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper and spread onto Layer 2. Mix sour cream, mayo and 1/2 package taco mix together and spread onto Layer 3. Spread chopped tomatoes, black olives, green onions and cheddar cheese on top evenly.
Serve with taco chips.
