1/2 C butter, softened
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 t vanilla
1 1/4 C flour
3/4 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
40 small peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for small peanut butter cups. Mix and roll into 1/2" balls. Place one ball into ungreased tassie pans. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and press one peanut butter cup into the center of each peanut butter cup. Let cool for 10 minutes and then remove from pans.
