3 C flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 C sugar
1 C butter
1 egg
3 T milk
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all dry ingredients and then cut in butter (like making a pie crust). Add all other ingredients and mix.

Refrigerate until firm. Roll out to 1/4" - 1/2" thick. Cut out cookies and place onto parchment paper on cookie sheets. Bake 400 degrees for 5-8 minutes until edges are golden brown.
