1 Can Progresso black Beans (rinsed and drained)
1 Cup Diced plum tomatoes (approx. 4)
1/2 Cup diced green pepper
1/2 Cup diced green onion
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp.Lime Juice
1 Tsp. Cumin
1/2 Tsp. black pepper
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2-3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Can Frozen corn rinsed
Chop Veggies---Add Seasonings

Serve with Tostados.
