8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (none of that cheap Vanilla flavoring!)
3/4 cup of confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips, divided ( 1/2 cup goes inside the cheese ball
1/4 cup goes on the outside topping
3/4 cup toffee bits, divided (1/2 cup goes inside the cheese ball, 1/4 cup goes on the outside topping)
1 cup chopped pecans
Crackers...I prefer Cinnamon Graham or Graham crackers...

1. Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
2. Add vanilla, confectioners and brown sugar to cream cheese; mix well until combined.
3. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup toffee pieces
4. Wrap bowl with clear wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours
Scoop cream cheese mixture into clear wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
5.On a large plate (I use wax paper), combine 1/4 cup chocolate chips, 1/4 cup toffee bits and 1 cup of chopped pecans. Roll cream cheese ball into toppings. Refrigerate until ready to serve. I serve this with Graham Crackers or Cinnamon Graham Crackers....

Takes a bit longer due to refrigerating the cream cheese until it will form a ball, but trust me, it is well worth it! I have this under appetizers, but it is a delicious as a dessert too! One bite and I promise...you are hooked!
