12 ounces Silk Pure Almond Unsweetened Milk
2 tablespoons Nestle sugar free chocolate powder
2 tablespoons Hills Brothers sugar free cappuccino mix
Bananas or Strawberries or both! added in amounts as desired..
1 level scoop of whey protein powder (how much is a scoop is you don't have one? well--approximately 2 tablespoons)

Mix all ingredients in a blender that has ice crushing capacity. Blend on high until smooth. Delicious!

It is a complete protein and contains all 9 essential amino acids providing muscles with the fuel necessary to power you up throughout the day and, is excellent to use after a work-out!
