Directions:

Crack 3 eggs into a mason ball jar or similar jar*** Must be glass for microwave
add milk
whisk til completely fluffy

microwave on hi for 3 minutes

turn glass upside down, eggs will be fluffy and float out of jar,
add butter or cheese
