2 large boxes of Orange Jello
1 large can of crushed Pineapple
¾ cup of shredded carrots
1 small package of pecan halves
1 small jar of red cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello together with 2 cups of boiling water.
Dissolve thoroughly.
Add only 1 cup of cold water.
Refrigerate for about an hour.
Pull out of refrigerator, mix in shredded carrots and crushed pineapple, drained. Mix thoroughly and garnish with pecans and cherries any way you like.
Return to refrigerator

This salad must only be served in a vintage red bowl, similar to the one above. It just doesn't taste the same unless it is served in this manner!
