2 lbs. green beans
1 can anchovies
1 container cherry tomatoes
1 or 1/2 can small pitted black olives
1 tsp. oregano
3-4 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. crushed red pepper (or to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Blanche green beans. Heat olive oil in skillet. Drain anchovies then add to olive oil and they will melt as you stir them. Add garlic and crushed red pepper and cook all together. Add green beans, tomatoes (halved), oregano, and olives then blend together. Cook to desired tenderness (we don't cook until soft). Sprinkle juice from 1/2 lemon before serving.
