Zucchini Supreme Recipe

6 cups grated raw zucchini
1 cup shredded raw carrots
1/4 cup chopped raw onion
1 teas. salt
1 cup sour cream
1 can 10 3/4 oz. cream of chicken mushroom soup
1/2 teas. garlic powder
1/2 teas. ground black pepper
4 cups seasoned croutons ( one pkg stove top chicken stuffing mix)
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups cooked chicken diced

Preheat oven 350
In medium sauce pan put 1 cup water, butter, zucchini, onions and carrots. cook about 20 minutes.
In large mixing bowl mix cooked veggies, sour cream, soup, garlic powder, croutons and 1/2 cup melted butter. Add chicken.
Spread into casserole dish we use 9 x 13 inch dish.
Bake covered. for about 30 minutes.
