Cake: 2 packages lemon pudding mix (99 g.) instant
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip (3 cups)
3 cups whole milk
1 (16 ounce) pkg. graham crackers

Lemon Frosting: 1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups icing sugar
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Line a 9x13 pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Cover completely with one layer or graham crackers.
In a large bowl, combine pudding packets, Cool Whip & milk. Pour half of mixture evenly over graham crackers.
Add another layer of graham crackers, top with remaining pudding mixture & one final layer of graham crackers.
In a separate bowl, combine all frosting ingredients. Start with 1 cup of icing sugar & add more until frosting is at desired consistency. Spread frosting evenly over cake. Cover & freeze 4 hours or overnight.
