3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 cups grated raw zucchini
3 cups flour
1 teas salt
1 teas baking soda
1/4 teas. baking powder
2 teas. cinnamon

optional to add:
1//2 cup raisins
1/2 cup nuts

Preheat oven to 350
Mix eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, and cinnamon. Add Flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Then stir in zucchini and any optional additions.
Pour batter into greased and floured bread pans.
Bake one hour. or until toothpick comes out clean
