1 baked pie shell
1 quart fresh strawberries
3/4 C. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1-2 tsp. lemon juice
Whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
Slice half of strawberries and place in baked pie shell. Crush remaining strawberries and place in saucepan. Combine sugar and cornstarch, add to saucepan; cook over medium heat until thickened. Cool, add lemon juice. Pour cooled mixture over sliced strawberries. Refrigerate until cool, serve with whipped topping.
