1 large (14"x20") Reynolds Oven Cooking Bag
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
3 1/2 pound pork spareribs, fat trimmed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F. Shake flour in oven cooking bag. Place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Add barbecue sause, onion and green pepper. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Cut ribs in serving size pieces; place in bag. Turn bag to coat ribs. Arrange ribs in even layer. Close bag with nylon tie; cut 6 half-inches slits in top. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
Makes:4 to 6 servings
