3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 egg
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp each salt and cinnamon
1/2 tspsoda
2 cups uncooked rolled oats
1 cup raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Cream honey, sugar, butter and egg.
Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon,soda.
stir into creamed mixture.
Add rolled oats and raisins.
Drop heaping tsp onto ungreased nonstick cookie sheet.
Bake on upper shelf at 375º 12 to 14 min till lightly browned.
Cool on rack.
