Ingredients:  
1-2 bundles of Fresh Turnip Green, Mustard Greens or Collards.
Ham bone, Smoked Ham Hock, or Salt Pork

Directions:
Directions:
Cut large stems from greens. Rinse until all the dirt is gone. May take several times to get them clean. Strip stems from leaves.

Place ham bone, ham hock or salt pork in bottom of stock pot. Pack greens in until you can't pack any more. Fill 1/2 way with water and add salt to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until greens are tender.
