2 cups sliced mushrooms (canned or fresh)
2 tbsp butter
1 lbs ground meat (beef, pork, turkey, etc.)
1 cups copped onion (or as much as you like)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
If using fresh mushrooms, cook in butter for 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Brown meat with onion. Remove from heat. Drain. Return mushrooms to pan. Stir in soup, pepper salt, sugar and sour cream. Place in freezer bag. Label and freeze. Serves 6.

Serving Day:
Thaw. Heat on stove and stir until smooth and hot throughout. Thin with a little milk, if necessary. Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes.
