1 lg bag Dried Great Northern Beans
1 sm Onion finely diced
Ham bone, Smoked Ham Hock or Salt pork your choice
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse & sort beans. Place in large stock pot. Cover with water and soak overnight. Drain. Rinse. Dump beans back in pot. Add ham bone, ham hock or salt pork. Cover with water and add salt to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low simmer cover and cook until beans are soft.
