1-3/4 c Elbow Macaroni
1/4 c Butter
1/4 c All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/8 tsp Paprika
2-1/2 c Milk
2 c shredded New York Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In a small sauce-pan over low heat, melt butter; stir in flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Cook 1 minute. Gradually add milk cooking over medium heat stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Stir in pasta and mix well. Pour in 2 quart casserole dish coated with Pam. Bake 30 minutes or until its hot and bubbly. I will cover top with extra grated cheese and run back in until its melted.
