2 pkgs. Ramen Noodles
1 pkg. Ramen Noodle seasoning
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1 c. slivered almonds
1 head Bok Choy
1 bunch green onions

1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
Shake well

Break up ramen noodles into small pieces and cook on medium heat in the butter. Add seeds, almonds and Ramen Noodle seasoning packet. Cook all until golden brown.
Chop up Bok Choy and onions and put on bottom of large bowl. Put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Sauce: Mix oil, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Shake well.
When ready to serve, add noodles, seeds, almonds, and stir in dressing.

You can chop up the Bok Choy and put in a bag and refrigerate. Just don't put the dressing or noodles on until your ready to eat. (They can get a little soggy.)
