1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup cubed zucchini
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup coil
6 cups chicken broth
1 (5-1/2 oz.) can of tomato paste
1 cup coarsely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup sliced green beans
1/2 cup diced carrots
1 med. potato, diced
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 teas salt
1/4 teas each pepper, basil, celery seed.
2 oz. uncooked spaghetti, broken.

Saute onion, celery, zucchini and garlic in oil until onion is transparent. Add broth, tomato paste, vegetables and seasonings. Simmer until almost tender then add broken spaghetti and cook until tender.
