1 head lettuce
1 C diced celery
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 (10 oz) box frozen peas
1 C carrots, grated (about 4 large)
1/2 C chopped green pepper
1 medium onion, diced
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
2 C mayonnaise
2 Tbsp sugar
4 oz cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
-Layer first 8 items in order given in 13" x 9" x 2" dish.
-Mix mayo and sugar together. Spread over layered items.
-Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
-Prepare and refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours before serving.
