1 Chuck Roast (4-5 lbs)
1 packet ranch dressing/dip mix
1 packet gravy mix (chicken/brown/at jus
1 stick butter
5-10 pepperoni peppers (bananas peppers)

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crock pot or in roasting pan. Sprinkle ranch mix and gravy mix on top. Add butter and place the peppers around it on top of the meat. Cook on low for 8-10 hours in the crock pot. In the oven cook about 2 hours or until roast is tender and falling apart at 300 or 325. Can also add potatoes and carrots when cooking.
