3 large sweet potatoes
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c butter, softened


Topping:
1/3 c melted butter
1/3 c flour
1 c brown sugar
1 c pecans, chopped
1 TBSP cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Boil or bake sweet potatoes. Once cooled, remove skins. Put into a large bowl and whip until fluffy. Add 1 c sugar, eggs, and 1/2 c softened butter. Whip again. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan or casserole dish. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake 45 minutes.
