Preheat to 350
Combine sugar, brown sugar, butter and vanilla in large bowl. Beat with a mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg, beat until blended. Beat in flour, baking soda and salt.
Bourbon, Cranberry & Walnut
In saucepan, combine 3/4 cup dried cranberries and 1/4 cup bourbon over med heat. Bring to simmer, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 15 mins. Stir plumped cranberries and 1/2 cup toasted walnut pieces into cookie dough. Bake 10-12 mins.
Stir 1/2 cup mini-marshmallows, 3/4 oz chopped dark chocolate and 1/3 cup chopped toasted pecans into cookie dough. Bake 10-12 mins.
Stir 1/3 cup finely crushed hard caramel candies (Werthers) and 1/8 tsp salt into cookie dough. Prepare a mini bag of plain popcorn, Stir 3 cups prepared popcorn into dough with spatula. Bake 10-12 mins.
