Peanut Butter Cookie Bars Recipe

1 3/4 Cup Flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter chips
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 large egg
3 tbl milk
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat to 350
Grease 9X13" baking dish
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in med bowl.
In large bowl, cream together brown sugar, peanut butter and butter until fluffy and lightened.
Beat in egg and then, once fully incorporated, milk and vanilla extract.
Fold in peanut butter ships and pour batter into greased baking dish.
Smooth over the top and place in oven.
Bake 18-21 mins, or until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean.
Let cool 10 mins before serving.
