1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 c. powdered sugar, sifted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in sauce pan butter and brown sugar. Bring slowly to a boil, and boil for 2 minutes. Add milk, and then bring back to a boil. Stir constantly during all cooking. Remove from heat; cool to lukewarm; add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
