1 (10.75 ounce) can of Condensed cream of mushroom soup
cup of water
1 package of dry onion soup mix
1 pound of beef stew meat ( cut this up as small as you want )
4 ounces of cream cheese
1 bag of egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cream of mushroom, water and dry onion soup mix in a crock pot, put in the meat, cover and cook on high for 1 hour. After 1 hour, reduce the setting to low and cook until the beef is very tender, probably for 2-3 more hours.
When the beef mixture is done, stir in your cream cheese
Boil your egg noodles, then drain.
Scoop egg noodles on to plate, scoop meat on top..
