3 eggs

3 tbsp. butter, melted

1 small can evaporated milk

1 tsp. vanilla

1 c. sugar

2 tbsp. self-rising flour

sprinkle of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in a large bowl and beat well. Pour into a well greased and floured 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 325º for 40 to 50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. The pie forms its own crust.
