3 c. sugar

6 tbsp. flour

1 c. buttermilk

5 eggs beaten

1 sticks butter melted

2 tsp. vanilla



Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and cup of buttermilk. Add eggs and rest of buttermilk, fold in butter, add vanilla. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then turn oven to 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

*For Coconut Pies: Add 2 cups coconut and decrease sugar to 2 cups
