milk

buttermilk

self-rising flour

oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cover and Soak in salt water over night. (I used 6 cups water and 4 teaspoons salt.) Drain.

Cover with milk and soak for 2 hours. Dip in buttermilk; season with salt and pepper; dredge in self-rising flour; then
fry in oil.
