3 tbsp. of oil

3 tbsp. of flour

1 can of tomatoes (I like crushed tomatoes but you can use any kind)

salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
In frying pan put about 3 tablespoons of oil from pan where you are frying the Salmon Patties, add 3 tablespoons of flour and stir constantly until lightly brown.

Add a can of tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. You may need to add a little water if gravy is to thick.
